Cusk

Cusk (Brosme Brosme) also referred to as Tusk, Torsk and Brosme. This fish is caught predominantly in hook and line fisheries throughout the frigid waters of the North Atlantic which ensures a high quality product. Cusk is easily distinguished from the other ground fish by its single dorsal fin and rounded tail. It has a firm, white flesh that is similar to a cod, but a taste and a texture that makes it unique.
